Mikhail DolOko is a professional theatre director and the Artistic Director of Theatre+. He is also the founder and former Artistic Director of “Kurazh” Theatre (Moscow), which he led for over 20 years.

A graduate of the Gnessin State Musical College and the Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute, Mikhail Doloko has been creating theatrical productions for both adult and young audiences for more than two decades. He is the author and director of productions spanning a wide range of genres—from classical comedy to musicals and interactive performances.

He is a laureate of numerous theatre festivals and international creative projects. His artistic approach combines dramatic theatre, contemporary choreography, movement, pantomime, and clowning, with a strong emphasis on creating an emotional connection with the audience.
